Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently only ship within the Netherlands. Shipping costs are €5,95. The product will be send via PostNL or DHL. After registration, you will receive a track & trace code to follow the package and see when it will be delivered to your home. If you are not home when the product is delivered, there are two options:

• PostNL/DHL has left a message that your package has been delivered to your neighbors.
• PostNL/DHL will leave a not at home card with more information about your package.

Delivery Time

Please allow for a delivery time of about 1 working week.

Return Policy

If the order does not meet your expectations, you can return the order. You always have the right to return the product without reason within 14 days (according to the 'distance selling' law), with the exception of products that are personal in nature. To do this, send an email to cositosspices@outlook.com or through the general contact form. Clearly state your name, the order number of the order, and which product you want to return. We will try to process the email within 48 hours of receipt and send you the return form. You can then return the order. Cost of returning the product is at your own expense. Always include the return form. Without this form, we cannot process the return.

Returning

• Pack the article neatly and carefully in the original packaging.
• Include the completed return form in the return shipment. Without this form, the return cannot be processed.
• Make sure the return shipment is sufficiently stamped; you are responsible for the receipt of the return shipment.
• Return the order to the return address.
• Once the return is received, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the account with which the product was paid.

Conditions

• The article must be original, complete, and undamaged.
• The 14-day reflection period starts the day after you receive the product.
• You must return the spices unused, undamaged, and still sealed in the original packaging, properly packaged and sufficiently stamped, within 14 working days after receipt. Cosito's Spices is not liable for missing return shipments. We advise you to send return shipments with track & trace.
• Insufficiently stamped return shipments will not be credited by Cosito's Spices.
• The consumer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
• Cosito's Spices reserves the right to refuse return shipments or to credit only part of the amount paid if there is suspicion that the article has already been used or if the article has been damaged due to use.
• Cosito's Spices also reserves the right to refuse return shipments or to credit only part of the amount paid if the articles are not returned within 14 days after delivery of the order.
• You must include the completed return form.
• The refund of the purchase amount will take place as soon as possible (no later than within 10 working days) after receipt of the return shipment.

The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense, except in cases of:

• A product error.
• If the product is damaged. The customer must prove that this damage was present beforehand and report it within 14 days.
